IVD-APF/SVG-F电能质量综合治理装置是专门针对工业应用环境开发的产品,拥有独特的结构设计,单模块 采取轴流风机散热,风量大,风压足, 散热性能较好。 整柜顶部采用轴流风机 抽风, 底部采取防尘百叶窗进风, 可较大程度隔离外部环境,目前主要应用于 非线性负荷、大型交直流电机、整流设备、急剧变化负荷等环境。如:轧机、 电弧炉、中频炉、矿山提升机、电力机车供电系统。

The IVD-APF/SVG-F series comprehensive power quality management device is a product specially developed for industrial application environments. It has a unique structural design and a single module adopts axial flow fan for heat dissipation, with high air volume, sufficient air pressure, and good heat dissipation performance. The top of the entire cabinet is equipped with axial flow fans for ventilation, and the bottom is equipped with dust-proof louvers for air intake, which can greatly isolate the external environment. Currently, it is mainly used in environments such as nonlinear loads, large AC/DC motors, rectification equipment, and rapidly changing loads. For example: rolling mill, electric arc furnace, intermediate frequency furnace, mine hoist, electric locomotive power supply system.

Topology design

采用LCL拓扑结构滤波,在输出电流的情况下,不会引入高频IGBT开关谐波干扰,并且适用于任何现场电网系统阻抗,不会发生谐振。

Adopting LCL topology filtering, it will not introduce high-frequency IGBT switch harmonic interference in the case of output current, and is suitable for any on-site power grid system impedance without resonance.

故障自诊断自启动功能

Fault self diagnosis and self starting function

装置具有非装置自身问题导致停机自恢复功能,自恢复之前需对外部电网及装置本身进行自动诊断,诊断通过方可自启动。如果外部电网问题,设备将不再启动,并给上位机传输装置故障告警,点亮装置自身故障指示灯。

具备过电流限制、完整的保护功能。

具有缓冲启动控制回路,能够避免自启动瞬间过大的投入电流,并限制该电 流在额定范围之内。

The device has a self recovery function for shutdown caused by non device issues. Before self recovery, automatic diagnosis of the external power grid and the device itself is required. Only after passing the diagnosis can it start automatically. If there is a problem with the external power grid, the equipment will no longer start and will send a fault alarm to the upper computer transmission device, illuminating the device's own fault indicator light.

Equipped with overcurrent limitation and complete protection function.

Equipped with a buffer start control circuit, it can avoid excessive input current during self start and limit the current within the rated range.
